Head Coach, George Turnah Football Club of Kolo, Ada Gwegwe, has expressed his gratitude to the Club's Chairman, Barrister George Turnah (MON), for ensuring he took part in the Coaching course held recently in Abuja.
Speaking in Yenagoa shortly after his return, Ada Gwegwe, expressed with delight the quick response of his boss, despite the short notice. "I just finished the coaching seminar organised by the League Management Company alongside the Spanish La Liga, for all Coaches that will feature in the Nationwide League. I sincerely thank my boss, Barrister George Turnah, (MON), who deem it necessary for me to paticipate in the program". "Despite his tight schedule, and the late notification, he still ensure that I attended the seminar. May God bless him immensely".
The award winning coach who expressed his gratitude to his friend, Coach Lemmy Appah, for his kind gesture and words of encouragement, also spoke about his experience at the event and his expectations for the Nationwide league. 'I must confess it was worth it, as my knowledge of the game has broadened and of course, am sure am ready for the forthcoming Nationwide League One season so as to bring what I have garnered from the program to bare.
"I'm certain that this year will be a tough one because a lot of good clubs with determined players and experienced Coaches are involved, so it will be quite interesting, but am optimistic that our team will prevail, as we have prepared very well, played a number of friendly games, in fact, we are good to go".
George Turnah Football Club will feature in the 2016/2017 Nationwide league one season.
